I am a mom to two girls, four cats and happily married to my husband of twelve years. I am also an accountant, and am working on my MBA as well. I believe in living in the moment but making each day count. I have lost over 100 lbs and am slowly working my way towards my goal weight.

Coffee is the nectar from the gods, and do not take my coffee from me! Surprise, surprise, I hate waking up quickly to lots of activity and chatter. I love slinging my camera around my neck and shooting pics to find the perfect one. I love to put my creative energies to work in the kitchen, trying to create foods without recipes and mixing flavor profiles that are new to me. I wish I had a housekeeping genie to clean up after me. My two greatest joys of my life are my girls, and the most rewarding and challenging part of my life is being the best mother that I can possibly be.
